Good news Kit's Red Fan Outfit

I was just talking to CS because I have to return my extra Kit's Beach PJs, and since the Red's Fan outfit is $20, wanted to see if I could do that as my exchange, for that price.

She said yes and I asked if supplies were low, because I didn't know if it was being discontinued and didn't want to miss out since I had to mail in my order.

She said that it's still showing as an active item and supplies are fine.

Not sure if we can take that to the bank, but hopefully we can!

I should've asked her about Addy's Striped Dress. It and Kit's Tree House are almost the only short story active outfits left, I think.

Addy's Striped Dress is on monthly special, so I'm assuming it will be gone soon.

Kit's Tree House Outfit and Addy's Striped Dress

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I know this doesn't mean it won't be retired, but Kirsten's work dress has been around since at least 1991... so it isn't quite the same as these short story outfits.

No, Kit's Tree House isn't on there as a special. It seems to be fairly popular, so it might not disappear???? We don't know about Addy's striped dress, either for sure, but since most of the short story outfits have disappeared, people have assumed that it will, especially since it's on special.

The CS rep told me that Kit's Red's Fan outfit was still active (not to be discontinued).

What about Sam's talent show dress? Is that one going to be discontinued since it's a short story outfit? I sure hope not because that's on my list even though we don't have Samantha. I'm kicking myself for missing the Cape Island dress [img]frown.gif[/img] !

To me I never thought Kit's Reds Fan outfit was essential. She never wears it in any of the stories. I am not sure if it was just added in conjunction with her short story, or just as a summer outfit. I'm just not taking any chances on this one. I've seen people get burnt on something they wanted in the past.
